CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT — For Your Projects LLC 1. Nature of Services. For Your Projects LLC provides document preparation and notarization services only. We assist clients in completing specific forms that clients have already independently decided to file. We do not advise which forms to file or recommend any immigration process. That constitutes legal advice, which we are not authorized to provide.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship. No attorney-client relationship is created by this agreement or any service rendered. For legal advice, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.

3. Client Responsibility. All information on forms is based entirely on what you provide. You certify that all information is true, accurate, and complete. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

4. Turnaround & Deadlines. First drafts are delivered within 3 business days of receiving all required information. You are solely responsible for communicating urgent deadlines in advance. We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to late engagement or delayed document submission.

5. Notary Services. Valid government-issued photo ID required at appointment. Notarization certifies the signer's identity only — not the content or legal sufficiency of any document.

6. Immigration Outcomes — Important. The decision to submit any application is solely yours. By filing with USCIS or any government agency, your information will be known to DHS. Consequences are not limited to approval or denial — DHS may use this information for enforcement including detention or removal proceedings. Clients with prior criminal history (including DUI/DWI) should consult a licensed attorney before filing any application, as this may trigger removal proceedings. We make no guarantees of outcome.

7. Fees & Refunds. All fees are quoted before services begin. No refunds once services are initiated. Government filing fees are your responsibility. All receipts issued by For Your Projects LLC.

8. Indemnity. Unless due to our gross negligence, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless For Your Projects LLC from any claims arising from services provided or your actions.

9. Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for government decisions, enforcement actions, changes in law, errors from information you provided, or your decision to apply.

10. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hawaii (First Circuit).
